  • Do you require deposits for appointment?
    Yes, we require a $50 deposit for our services. This deposit will be deducted from the total service charge.
  • How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    We understand life happens. Please be mindful and cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment if possible. In case of an emergency please reach out at your earliest convenience.
  • Can I bring additional guest to my appointment?
    The Salon serves as a place of relaxation for our clients. We want to be mindful of Salon space and number of people in the salon at any given time. We ask that you attend your appointment alone if possible. If not we do have a waiting area with limited seating.
  • Can I take my hair out at the Salon?
    We do offer take down service. Please consult with stylist to book that add-on service ahead of time. We ask that clients who wish to decline this service come to appointment with hair ready to be washed and serviced according to your styling needs.
  • How do I measure my head for wigs order?
    Please see diagram below and follow directions. If additional help is required please support@jadeedream.com .
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    We are transitioning to online appointments. We understand online is not always accessible . Give us a call and we will assist with appointment scheduling. All services require a $50 deposit at the time of booking.

    All services require a $50 deposit via preferred payment method.

  • Are children allowed at the Salon?
    Absolutely, we service children of all ages. If your child is not a client and is accompanying you to your appointment please be mindful of space. Child will be required to sit in the waiting room for the duration of the appointment.
