All pre-made wigs will ship in 24 hours and will take 1-5 business days depends on shipping location.

 

Pre-order wigs will take 3-5 business days.

 

All virgin and raw extensions will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days.

 

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

 

Custom wig services will take 7-21 business days to complete in which processing and shipping are included. Processing and shipping may vary based on the volume of orders. If you have not received tracking information on the 21st day, please contact me via email for further assistance.

 

Jadeedream LLC services is not responsible for any improper fit crowns if you fail to send correct head measurement/size.
